Actor Wesley Snipes will begin serving a three-year prison sentence December 9 for failing to file income tax returns, the Justice Department announced Wednesday.

Snipes was ordered by the U.S. Marshals Service in Orlando, Florida, to report to Federal Correctional Institution McKean at Lewis Run, Pennsylvania, by noon on that date or face additional charges.

In 2008, Snipes was convicted of misdemeanors for failure to file tax returns in 1999, 2000, and 2001 but was acquitted of felony charges.

Shark experts began arriving in the Egyptian resort of Sharm el-Sheikh on Tuesday to investigate what led to four attacks over the last week that killed a German woman and injured three snorkelers, officials said.

The behavioral experts will form an advisory team to assess and advise on the best course of action following the attacks, according to Jochen Van Lysebettens, general operations manager of the Red Sea Diving College in Sharm el-Sheikh.

The tab for the expert advise is being picked up by the Ministry of Tourism.

Van Lysebettens said the reason behind the shark attacks needs to be determined in order to stop it.

Sharm el-Sheikh beach will remain closed until the shark responsible for Sunday's fatal attack is found, according to Egypt's Interior Ministry.

Two armed attackers burst into a kindergarten and set fire to the school building in the violence-plagued border city of Juarez, state media reported.

Police say the suspects left a message saying the school had not paid a protection fee, which they had demanded from teachers two weeks ago to prevent attacks against the children, the state-run Notimex news agency said Monday.

Classes in the school have been suspended and parents have said they will pull their children out of school until safety improves, the news agency reported.

Legendary rapper Kurtis Blow was busted at LAX this morning after a TSA body scanner detected an item in his pocket ... a stash of weed.

Law enforcement says ... the body scan detected "an anomaly' in his pants -- yes, we thought that was funny as well.  A subsequent pat down revealed pot in his pocket.

Kurtis received a ticket -- standard operating procedure when it's under an ounce -- and went on his merry way.
